Having been over 140kg (not muscle) myself and struggling for years with it, trying and failing so many times I am in a unique position to not only provide the knoweledge through my education but from life experience and the mental side as well as the physical. Overcoming habits, training yourself to look at food differently as well as looking at exercise as a fun positive to add into your life because you want to not only because you have to.

My Training Philosophy
Less bad more good. Perfection in the beginning is unlikely to realise long term results. I have watched many go so strict that they pop and cannot maintain that reality...so they don't. Hindsight is great when you realise you have conquered mountains by just taking steps.
