ever had that feeling when you go to a new gym that you are a little out of place, there is the odd critical eye on you, not here I liked the people and the staff from the get go, no swearing "grunters" pumped full of' "roids", friendly people running the place, you couldn't get more affable helpful people than Amanda and Tim. great for us old guys and I feel very welcome and comfortable in what is a real community family oriented gym, strike that, a real healthy place to be in every way not just a gym.
