Hi, I’m Ronaldo
One of the reasons I decided to write this series of books was to bring awareness and to educate people about health and nutrition. I have always been passionate about food, healthy cooking and natural medicine - and very curious about how to cure diseases using foods.
At the age of 10, I was told by my Doctor that I was borderline obese for my age and height. Like many families, we were super busy and often ate fast food for dinner. I knew I needed to change my eating habits and learning how to overcome that problem put me on a path to not only help myself avoid the disease risk that comes with obesity but to share what I've learned over the past 13+ years to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

To achieve health we must understand the basics of it and work within our body to achieve balance and lifestyle. Everyone is unique and every person requires a different approach to food, diet, nutrition and fitness.
