Professional ballet dancer transitioned to the world of fitness. Certified Personal Trainer & Stretching Coach. I started as a trainer and fell into assisted stretching helping people manage injuries, gain flexibility, reduce pain and learn more about stretching.
I believe that exercise it a tool you can use push yourself physically and mentally. That it can boost your confidence and reframing your mindset can help you love your body through the process.
Stretching is an area of overall well-being that is extremely important for all people but is also very overlooked. It helps recovery, performance, injury prevention, to reduce pain and so much more. Assisted stretching is how I help you learn new stretches, to do them correctly, gives you the knowledge to do them own your own and the added pressure makes a world of a difference.
