We specialize in Small group training, 12 Week Body Transformations and with our Physiotherapist working closely with our trainers, we are a cut above the industry when it comes to rehabilitation training. Our small studio provides a family feel that any one can feel comfortable in. 

We also offer Brisbane's best and most affordable boot camps, with 13 sessions per week, there is sure to be a time and location that works for you.
